Consolidated is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager for our Employee Benefits department. The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for assisting clients with service needs and performing essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the Agency. The EB Account Manager will partner with the Risk Advisors and other EB Account Managers to increase business, maintain carrier and client relationships and provide administrative support.

Must be an assertive self-starter who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with a desire to create and nurture relationships with clients. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ Employee Benefits account management experience
• Excellent knowledge of rating procedures, coverage, and industry operations
• Active licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance

Desired:

• Desire to pursue Professional Insurance Designation (i.e., etc.)
• Experience with Applied – EPIC

Consolidated is looking for candidateds to fill two positions in our Personal Lines department.

The Personal Lines Account Manager for our Premier Client Group department manages a wide range of clients with higher tier premiums. Main duties include supporting the service needs of high-net-worth personal lines clients; assisting the Risk Advisor in marketing renewal accounts; preparing new and renewal business proposals; and assisting in billing/claims questions and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' Personal Lines account management experience
  • Active licenses as required by the Maryland State Department of Insurance
  • Excellent knowledge of rating procedures, coverage, and industry operations

The Personal Lines Service Representative for our Core Client Group assists the Core Risk Advisors and Account Managers by supporting the service  needs of our personal lines clients. Main duties include assisting clients with billing questions and payments; claims issues; processing policy endorsement changes; issuing auto ID cards and EOIs, and following up with clients/carriers on discounts and/or inspections.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service office environment (Personal Lines experience preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, and proactive customer service skills
