One of our initial reasons for contacting Carole regarding our insurance was, like most families, for a lower cost. At that time, we were able to rewrite our home policy. The home cost stayed about the same, but the coverage was much, much better. We were unable to make a move with the auto policy, so Carole became the agent on our existing policy. We devised a plan for the auto, set to implement March 2020 and that is coming to fruition now, netting us a substantial savings.
